Born and raised in the capital region my entire life, I have worked the past 16+ years part time as a REALTOR®.

Being a resident myself of the area it gives me an advantage when it comes to helping clients find their dream home. As a real estate professional, I am very loyal to my clients, I am knowledgeable about local laws on the buying and selling of property. Have experience in the geographical area of the Capital Region. Have knowledge of trends within the local property market as well as what competitive prices are for the various properties my clients want to buy or sell. I am the middleman, between two parties seeking to buy or sell a property. Have unique skills and expertise to either market property and sell for the best possible price and conditions, or to look for property that suits my client's needs and buy it at the best price possible with the most favorable terms. Negotiation is a key part of being a real estate agent, as we act as the intermediary between buyer and seller we will often negotiate on our client's behalf.

I will make sure you are very understanding of the entire process so that each transaction is seamless. My goal is to guide you to selling your home or purchasing another home of choice leaving all worries at the door.
